Sarsden Glebe Open Gardens
One of the most popular events in our fundraising calendar, Sarsden Glebe Open Gardens, hosted by Amanda and Rupert Ponsonby allows us to meet many of our local supporters while serving teas and cakes in a beautiful setting. Our team of talented bakers, who unfailingly deliver the most delicious cakes, never disappoint and we receive many compliments about the quality of the refreshments
Churchill Car Show
Donations from Churchill Car Show have supported our work in the OX7 community since 2016 and we are delighted to have been invited to be involved again for the Super Cars themed event in June 2024. The Thrive team will be at the gates to greet visitors on admission and run our ever-popular tombola stall for those who enjoy a little flutter.
Christmas in Chippy
One chilly evening in December 2018, the Thrive team set out their wares in Chipping Norton for the Christmas Fair. In 2022, the amazing team of organisers nominated Thrive OX7 as their charitable beneficiary. The snowy weather created a very festive event and our stall featured tombola items plus matches donated by our friends at Archivist Gallery and scented candles from Cotswold Candle Co.

Cake Sales
Amongst our amazing group of helpers – the “Thrive Bees” – we have some dedicated bakers who make delicious creations to stock our ever-popular cake stalls.
The National Trust’s Chastleton House in the North Cotswolds is a delightful setting for stall-holders and visitors alike, to enjoy a stroll around the house and gardens followed by tea and cake served in the pretty parish Church.

Winterfest
In November 2016 and November 2017, Thrive Northox transformed Churchill Village Hall in order to create “Winterfest”, a fundraiser in celebration of all things winter.
